Our “pre-litigation” department makes every effort to settle our clients’ claims before it ever becomes necessary to file a lawsuit. In most cases, this emphasis on pre-litigation allows a case to be settled sooner and at a lower cost to the client, than through a lengthy trial.

During that meeting, we will discuss your problem in detail, and see what we can do to help. Our fees are on a contingency basis: You pay nothing unless we win your case. Once your case is settled, our fee is paid as a percentage of the amount of money you recover.
